Service payments
Because verification and audit assignments may involve planning, field activity, source fees and other committed costs, refunds are reviewed against work already performed and non-recoverable expenses.
Requesting a review
Send the payment reference, invoice number and reason for the request to info@matrixbssindia.com. We will acknowledge the request and confirm the applicable contractual terms and next steps.
Approved refunds
When a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times and applicable deductions disclosed in the governing agreement.
